By downloading, installing, or using Athanify ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

• Athanify provides prayer times, Qibla direction, prayer tracking, sleep stories, and related Islamic features.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app.
• You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

Prayer Times Disclaimer

Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical algorithms based on your location. While we strive for accuracy, times may vary depending on location accuracy, calculation method, and local conditions. We recommend using the app alongside your local mosque timings.

Qibla Direction Disclaimer

Qibla direction depends on your device's compass and GPS sensors. Accuracy may be affected by magnetic interference. We recommend calibrating your compass and verifying the direction when possible.

Subscriptions

• Athanify offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content in Athanify — including design, icons, animations, audio, and code — is the property of Athanify and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute the app's content without written permission.

Islamic Content

The app provides Islamic content for informational purposes from established references. Athanify does not provide religious rulings (fatwas). For specific guidance, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
• You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
• You are responsible for any data usage charges incurred while using the app.

Limitation of Liability

Athanify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in prayer times or Qibla direction.

Termination

We may discontinue the app or any features at any time. You may stop using the app by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
